In 2022, the supplier of timber to APPM will invest 4.9 billion rubles in technical re-equipment

The general supplier of raw materials to the Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill, the Titan Group of Companies, has adopted an investment program for 2022. The cost of structural investments will amount to 4.9 billion rubles.

The Holding will allocate more than 3.3 billion rubles for the technical re-equipment of its enterprises. With these funds, it plans to purchase 25 new dual forest machines (harvester & forwarder), 40 timber trucks and semi-trailers for them, 14 dump trucks, etc. In total - more than 40 items of innovative equipment items.

Titan will allocate 1.2 billion rubles for the development of the infrastructure of enterprises. 362 million rubles of this amount will be allocated for the construction of mechanical repair shops, technical centers and administrative buildings.

The works on the modernization of the railway infrastructure will be continued: large-scale repairs of railway tracks will be carried out in the Ust-Pokshengsky, Svetlozersky, Karpogorsky, Dmitrievsky and Velsky divisions of the Holding. The volume of investments in this direction will amount to 268 million rubles.

An independent direction of investments will be the logistics company of the Titan Holding - Belomorskaya Splavnaya Company Ltd. 353 million rubles will be invested in the redoing works for offices and production areas, in the technical re-equipment of the fleet and the construction of new small-draught tugs of the modern Yaroslav project.

At present, APPM timber consumes 3.8 million m³ of timber. As part of the built vertically integrated structure, the forest areas leased by the Company and the Titan Group comprise 5.7 million m³ of allowable cutting area.
