APPM is the backbone enterprise for the town of Novodvinsk.

Our success and prosperity is essential for well-being and fair living standards for tens of thousands of people, both in Novodvinsk and Arkhangelsk.

We do not simply work for people, we work together with them, trying to engage everybody – children and adults – in creative and socially important activities:

• “40 Kind Deeds” project devoted to the 40-th anniversary of Novodvinsk
• clean-ups with the city residents
• children's drawing competitions
• school essay competition "APPM: fine thinking – fine writing"

We also build kindergartens and hospitals, maintain roads, improve urban landscape, lay out parks and alleys, construct playgrounds, support kids and junior sports, help veterans and non-government organizations.
